Each client at The Fit receives a program meticulously adjusted to them. Our custom fitness programs are built to include a balanced mix of mobility, balance, core stability and strength, ensuring that all aspects of your fitness are covered. These programs are thoughtfully progressed every 4 to 6 weeks to keep you on track and your workouts appropriately challenging.

Workouts of the Month

Designed to complement your regular training sessions, these versatile workouts can be tailored for strength or endurance, depending on your goals. Each month, new workouts are introduced to keep things fresh and to support your progress. With video demonstrations guiding you, these routines quickly become familiar, making it easy to fit in a quick, effective workout whenever you need it.

Group Sessions

These sessions are perfect for getting acquainted with our Workout of the Month format while receiving additional coaching from a trainer. They also provide a fantastic opportunity to connect with other clients and enjoy the motivating energy of group workouts. The routines change daily and are updated monthly to ensure variety and continuous progress.

If you’re outside of Madison, you can still benefit from an expertly crafted program tailored to your needs. Jeff will create a personalized workout plan for you, with monthly updates to ensure variety and continued progress in your fitness journey.
