Group Classes

Joining a class is a great way to become part of The Fit community.  Our signature class, Formula Fit, is the most efficient workout you can find. Being part of a group helps make you accountable for getting to the gym.  Try it, you will be glad you did.

Personal Training

Work one-on-one with a trainer chosen based on your specific needs and goals.  The trainers at The Fit meet you where you are and take you where you want to go.  Working through past injuries, training for specific goals, or lifting weights for the first time are great reasons for working with a personal trainer.

Fit League

Instead of meeting for coffee, get your friends, family, or co-workers together for a workout.  This is a great way to customize your workouts.  Form a post-partum class, a bodybuilding class, a youth fitness class, a cardio conditioning class, you name it, we can do it.
