When you work out at The Fit we give you our all to make sure you have the best training experience possible. Our awesome coaches guide you through your workouts. In a semi-private session, those workouts are designed just for you. Group training sessions are general training sessions with the goals, of getting lean, getting strong, or getting recovered.
Our Custom Members receive a FitScript - a prescription to get you to your goals. We help you decide the right mix of classes to help you reach your goals
